11:4000PM · On shift

A staff of AIs with names, roles, and memory. They keep the posts going out, text your clients from your own number, tend your site, and cut your video. And like good colleagues, they know what to run with alone and when to come to you.

What kaitlian is

A team of AIs that works for you.

Every workspace starts with one who runs the place: your Executive Assistant. Add more as the work asks for it, each with a name, a role, and a short brief. Reach any of them from any browser, in writing or out loud, or over email, and the same thread follows you.

One runs the place

Your Executive Assistant keeps the whole picture: the schedules, the queue, what everyone else is working on.

Any role you can describe

A front desk, a researcher, a coordinator, a writer. Or start from scratch and write the brief yourself.

They keep notebooks

Each one holds durable notes on you and your work: how you talk, what matters, what to never do again. Yours to read, yours to clear.

One team, one record

Your conversations stay private to you. Finished work lands on a shared timeline, so the whole team sees what shipped.

How it’s different

It moves first. You decide.

Most AI sits quietly until you type something. This staff runs standing work on its own, notices what changed, and arrives with a short briefing instead of an empty box.

The weekly report runs at 9:00 · Quiet otherwise

The activity panel, docked beside every screen in your workspace.

Standing work, set once

The weekly report, the competitor watch, the posts. Say it once; every run is yours to open and steer.

A briefing that fits your absence

A rundown after a weekend away, one quiet line after lunch. Always from the record, never from imagination.

It speaks up only when it matters

A decision that needs you comes and finds you. Everything else waits politely in one short queue.

What you get

What comes back is the done version.

Chat AI hands you advice and leaves the doing to you. Here the everyday work arrives done: pages published, cuts rendered, replies sent, files one version newer. And the work that matters most is made with you, in conversation.

Posting, off your plate

Your staff drafts, schedules, and publishes across 14+ places you post: Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, and more. Connect your accounts in a couple of clicks and the calendar stops being the thing you dread on Sunday night.

Messages from your own number

Your assistant texts clients as you, from your own Mac and your own iMessage, so a reply lands in the thread they already know. No new number to explain, nothing for them to learn. Works whenever your Mac is on.

A website with working parts

Bookings, forms, menus, client galleries. Built in conversation, hosted at its own address, nothing to set up. Ask for a change in plain words and watch the page update while you talk.

Video, edited with you

A real editor lives in your workspace: timeline, tracks, a player, notes pinned to the second. Hand over footage, get cuts back, mark what drags.

Say it instead of typing it

Talk to any of your staff out loud, right there in the workspace. Think through the hard thing on the drive home and come back to the work already moving.

Memory, files, and schedules

Notebooks that hold how you work. A library where every file keeps its history. Standing work that runs while you are away, and one queue where anything headed outside waits for your yes.

Plus writing, spreadsheets, research with sources, and an email address for every one of them. All the thinking is Claude, through Anthropic’s own platform, and your content is never used to train AI.

Connections

The staff works where your work lives.

Your inbox and calendar, your social accounts, your storefront, your books, your project board. Bring the accounts you already have; nothing moves to a new system.

EmailCalendarFiles Your online storeSocial accounts Video reviewBooks and invoicesDocs Project boardsPaymentsDesign tools and many more

Connecting one never takes you out of the conversation.

  1. 1Ask for something that touches an account you haven’t connected. A button appears right there in the chat.
  2. 2Sign in on that service’s own page, and the job picks back up. Your password never passes through kaitlian.
Approvals

Your yes is the last step.

Money, messages, anything headed outside the workspace: it all stops at your desk first. A sensitive send will wait overnight for you to wake up and pour your coffee. Edit the wording if you like. The recipient is locked, so a draft can never wander to the wrong inbox.

When approving the same safe thing gets old, say so. That one stops asking. Everything else still does.

Pricing

One plan. Work billed at cost.

Hiring any one of these jobs out runs $1,500 to $4,000 a month: the person who posts, the person who edits, the person who keeps the site alive. kaitlian is $499, and the staff covers all of them.

One plan

For the one person running the whole business.

$499/ month
  • Your Executive Assistant, and the staff you name after that
  • Posting, messages, websites, video, files, email, schedules
  • About $100 of staff work each month, included
  • 1 seat and 100 GB. More seats are $49 a month each.

The subscription pays for the workspace

Your staff, your sites and their hosting, the editor, the library, the schedules. That part is the $499, every month, whatever you use it for.

The thinking is billed at cost

Work is metered in plain dollars, at the published rates we are charged, with nothing added on top. About $100 of it comes with the plan each month, and a quiet month carries what it did not use into the next one.

There is always a ceiling

A sensible monthly limit on work is set from your first day, and you can move it whenever you like. As the staff gets close to it, they tell you and ask. Work never stops quietly, and there is nothing to count or convert.

Come in early, get more

Founding customers pay the same $499 as everyone else. What they get is a direct line to us, a say in what gets built next, and double the included work for their first year.

Bigger than one desk?

Studios and agencies with a room full of people need a different shape. Write to us and we will size it with you.

You keep what you made. If you ever stop paying, the workspace stays readable: your websites, your videos, your files, the whole history of the work. It is always free to keep what you made. It is never free to make more.

Every workspace opens with a 7-day pilot, and the week starts the first time you walk into it, not the day you sign up. It asks for a card, and when the week is up it turns into the $499 plan. Your staff says so in the workspace, and we write to you on days three, five, and six, so the first charge is never a surprise. If you never come in at all, we call the pilot off ourselves and nothing is charged. If it was not for you, say so on that first invoice and we refund it, no questions. Cancel whenever you like.
